On March 19, OOO “AltEnergo” General Director Mr. Victor Filatov and Eco Energy Holding Co., Ltd CEO Dr. Hyo-Soon Song have signed the strategic partnership agreement. Main purpose of this agreement is mutual collaboration in the area of organic waste-to-energy installation on the territory of Russian Federation and Belgorod Oblast, and innovative technologies exchange.
On February 5, Eco Energy delegation has visited Belgorod Oblast to get acquainted with federal program for biogas power plants installation on the territory of Belgorod Oblast, to examine biogas power plant “Luchki” and other objects of OOO “AltEnergo” Company.
The return visit of Belgorod delegation took place during March 16-19. Joint delegation of OOO “AltEnergo” and “Belgorod institute of alternative energy” has visited power plants of “Eco Energy Holdings” and DH-M Corporation, during this visit delegation has got acquainted with municipal water treatment plant, where biogas power plant of “EcoEnergy” with biogas purification system and filling system is located. Such filling station can serve cars with gas engines with daily biogas production 2 940 m3 , which is more than enough for refueling of 150 automobiles. Price for such type of fuel in Republic of Korea is 25% less than price for natural gas.
Such type project is the only one in the country, and is about to be replicated due to its success. Water treatment plant by itself uses alternative energy sources – solar panels are installed on the roof of the building to supply the plant’s need in electrical energy.
Belgorod delegation was told that municipality of Seonam city has on to relocate this plant under the ground and to build over amusement park on its place.
After that, representatives of OOO “AltEnergo” have visited Sudokwon LFG plant with 50 MW capacity, which supplies 180 thousand households with “green” electric energy. Landfill is also planned to be replaced by amusement park in the future.
Next objects to visit were production plant and biogas power plant of DH-M Corporation, which use pig-breeding effluent only.
Representatives of OOO “AltEnergo” and OAO “Belgorod institute of alternative energy” were made sure that South Korean companies are applying only domestic produced RES-equipment, introducing only own technologies and are closely collaborating with Ministries of Ecology and Agricultural Industry of Republic of Korea.
Eco Energy Holdings Co., Ltd was founded in 1989. This company has built and is running now biogas and LFG power plants. Company has also developed gas purification system for transport fuel and other objects of sustainable energy.
Visiting of monument for fallen sailors of cruiser “Varyag” in Incheon City , where General Director of OOO “AltEnergo” Victor Filatov with honorary consul general of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea Jung Heon, Eco Energy Holdings Co., Ltd and DH-M representatives and floral offerings were included into the visiting program.
