Setting in operation of biogas plants

Technological and biological start-up of a biogas plant is a complex process that requires special technical and microbiological knowledge. The composition of the raw substrates, the temperature regime depends not only on its perfect operation, but also on its efficiency.

The same set of equipment can work with different results. In 2015, our specialists managed to increase the capacity of the “luchki” biogas plant by one and a half times (from 2.4 to 3.6 MW) without installing additional fermentation tanks, due to a competent selection of raw material recipes.
